A piece made for you
There are two ways to commission a piece. Both begin with a conversation and are painted by hand in the studio.
A meaningful gift
For a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday or a milestone. We turn a set of colours, a date or an emotion into a unique abstract artwork.
A piece for your space
You choose the palette and the size, and we create the artwork your wall is asking for. Perfect above the sofa, the headboard or in the entryway.
I do not paint figurative portraits from photos, live events or performances. Everything is abstract, painted by hand in the studio.
The process, step by step
- 01
Conversation
Tell me about the occasion, the emotion or the space. We talk palette, size and what you want the piece to convey. No obligation.
- 02
Proposal
I prepare a palette and composition proposal for us to approve together before I start.
- 03
Deposit
We reserve the piece with a 40% deposit. The balance is paid before shipping.
- 04
Studio
I paint the piece by hand, in layers and with time. I send you photos of the progress along the way.
- 05
Approval
When it is ready I send you final photos. Includes up to two minor adjustments.
- 06
Shipping
Secure packaging and a hand-signed certificate of authenticity. Typical total lead time: 4–6 weeks from the approved proposal.
Price depends on the size and complexity of the piece: you will receive a fixed quote with the proposal, with no obligation. The 40% deposit is paid via a secure payment link (Stripe); the balance, before shipping. Commissioned works cannot be returned for a change of mind, except for transit damage.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of work do you paint on commission?
Abstract painting in mixed media, with matter and relief, in my palette of neutrals, pinks and blues. I do not paint figurative portraits from photos, live events or performances.
How does the process work and how long does it take?
We start with a conversation, I prepare a palette and composition proposal, you reserve with a 40% deposit and I paint the piece, sending you progress photos. The usual lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from proposal approval.
How do I pay?
A 40% deposit to reserve (via a secure Stripe payment link) and the remaining 60% before shipping, once you approve the final photos.
Can I choose the size and colours?
Yes. For a piece for your space you choose palette and size; for a gift we start from a set of colours, a date or an emotion. I will guide you so it fits your wall and your budget.
What if it is not what I expected?
A commission includes up to two minor adjustments before completion. As a personalised work it cannot be returned for a change of mind, but it will be replaced or refunded if it arrives damaged in transit.
How does the piece arrive?
Securely packaged and tracked, ready to hang, and accompanied by a hand-signed certificate of authenticity.
Is the work original or a reproduction?
Always original, painted by hand by me and one of a kind. No templates, no prints, no machine-generated art.
