This website presents the work of Jéssica Domínguez, allows original available artwork to be purchased online and makes it possible to request commissions. Purchases are subject to the terms of sale, and shipping information is set out on the shipping and customs page.

The artworks, their photographs, the texts and the graphic elements of this website are protected by intellectual property law. Copyright in the artworks belongs to Jéssica Domínguez. Any reproduction, distribution or transformation, in whole or in part, without express permission is prohibited.
Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece but not the exploitation rights (reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation), which remain with the artist.
4. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Photographs reproduce the artworks as faithfully as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Photographs showing framed work or work in a room are for illustration only unless the listing states otherwise.
