1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why
Buying artwork
Name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment details (card or other methods) are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment platform; we never see or store your card details. Purpose: to manage the purchase, shipping, invoicing and after-sales support. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract and compliance with legal (tax and accounting) obligations.
Contact, commission and artwork enquiry forms
Name, email and any information you choose to share in your message. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Newsletter
Your email address. Purpose: to send you news from the studio, new work and releases. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Unfinished checkout reminder
If you agree to receive communications during checkout and do not complete your purchase, we may send you a single reminder with a link to finish it. Legal basis: your consent.
Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits in an aggregated and anonymous way, without cookies and without identifying you personally. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
3. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. To provide our service we work with the following providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payments.
- Formspree, Inc. — form submissions.
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite) — newsletter.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and anonymous statistics.
- Carriers (Correos or others) — delivery of your order, receiving only the shipping details they need.
- Tax authorities — where required by law.
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. Retention
Purchase data is kept for as long as needed to manage the order and then for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally six years). Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and for a maximum of two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@jessicadominguezart.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
6. Cookies
This website does not use its own tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses your browser's local storage to remember that you have already seen the newsletter window. Stripe's payment page, which is an external service, uses its own technical cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.
