Shipping and customs
Shipped from Spain worldwide. Every piece travels protected, tracked and insured.
1. How each piece is prepared
Every artwork is packed by hand in the studio: corner protection, bubble wrap and a rigid made to measure box. All original work travels signed and with its certificate of authenticity.
2. Delivery times
- Preparation: 2 to 4 working days after payment is confirmed (oil paintings need to be fully dry and varnished before they travel).
- Mainland Spain: 24 to 72 hours after dispatch.
- Europe: 3 to 7 working days.
- Rest of the world: 5 to 12 working days, depending on customs clearance.
3. Shipping costs
- Mainland Spain: shipping included in the price.
- Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: calculated by destination and confirmed before purchase.
- Europe: flat rate shown at checkout.
- Rest of the world: flat rate shown at checkout, customs handling included.
4. Customs, taxes and duties
Original hand painted works are declared under tariff heading 9701 (original works of art), which is duty free in most countries, including the United States and the European Union.
Please note: import taxes, destination country VAT and any carrier handling fees are paid by the buyer and are due on arrival. These amounts are set by each country and are not part of the artwork price or the shipping cost.
Every international shipment travels with a detailed proforma invoice identifying the piece as an original work executed entirely by hand by the artist, with its true declared value.
5. Tracking and insurance
All shipments include a tracking number, sent by email as soon as the work leaves the studio. Every piece is insured for its declared value.
6. If something goes wrong
If the work arrives damaged, please write within 48 hours to jessicadominguezisach@gmail.com with photographs of the packaging and the piece. A replacement or full refund will be arranged.
If a shipment is held at customs, the artist will provide all documentation needed to release it.
7. Prints and editions
Prints are produced and shipped from the printing facility closest to the destination, so in most countries they do not go through customs and delivery is local. Exact costs and times are shown at the time of purchase.
